- We are a young and enthusiastic start-up in the space of inbound tours and travel operations. We design travel solutions for people from all across the globe. We specialize in customizing tour packages and curating road trips for our customers.

Carvan Trips Private Limited is a registered company, with it's registered office at 206, B Wing, Oxford Chambers, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, India.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK? 

You can select any of the trips or services listed on our Web site, or you may get in touch with our experienced travel consultants to organize a customised holiday itinerary for your specific destination.

You may also always get in touch with us for flight booking-related assistance, or send us an inquiry about a customised tour.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

We have various payment options to give you a delightful booking experience:

· Debit Cards/Credit Cards

· Net Banking

· NEFT Transfer

Usually, Internet Bank Transfer is the cheapest mode of payment for travellers; as for all the other modes, banks and payment gateway providers charge an extra fee which has to be borne by the customer.

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

You will only be charged for the final the confirmation of the services you avail. Nothing is charged without your consent! 

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU CHARGE IN?

We charge in Indian Rupees (INR), and any applicable conversion charges to Foreign Currency.

IN INSTANCES OF AN EMERGENCY:

Although the trip service provider is well equipped to handle all exigencies, we do offer a 24-hour Help Line during the travel period, in case of any need for help or in the event of an emergency. The Help Line number will be listed in the travel documents/itineraries and brochures provided to you.

WHY AREN’T FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN ANY VACATION PACKAGES? 

Our listed travel packages exclude flight cost (i.e. include land cost only). However, you can get in touch with us for personalised quotes relating to travel options, including flight options.
